Listen to the voice of Buddha
Saying stop your sericulture
Little people like your offspring
boiled alive for some god's stocking
Buddha's watching Buddha's waiting
Just because the kid'S an orphan
is no excuse for thoughtless slaying
Children don't forget this torture
Just because you call her mother
doesn't mean that she's your better
Once more withe the voice of Buddha
He'll say carry on your slaughter
Who cares for the little children
you may slice with no conviction
Blind revenge on blameless victims

i only wanted to point out that the influence of kraftwerk is often overrated.......as if the house djs in chicago, detroit and n.y. had only listened tp kraftwerk...they knew exactly what was going on in england at that time......i have nothing against kraftwerk - quite the contrary. often overviewed are "tangerine dream": listen to "ricochet" recorded live 1974 in the cathedral of Reims, a stunning masterpiece....and all the other electro pioneers in germany: cluster, neu etc.

This isn't a 1982 remix. It's the original flexi demo version that came out before the Travelogue Virgin version. 1979 I think. Circus of Death was the B-side. Flexi was originally included in the 12" Dignity Of Labour Parts 1-4. Both tracks were included as bonus tracks on CD reissues of the early LPs.
